Complete Renovation of 3 story brick 1910 rowhouse, built 350 square foot roof addition 

COMMERCIAL PROGRAM

Refurbished dreary ground floor retail space into warm, airy studio/gallery, under one month, tight budget.  

RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM

Gut renovation: Converted 2 small apartments into one family home, upgraded mechanicals, replaced all stairways. Created open 2nd floor public spaces and efficient 3rd floor layout with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a den.  Built Addition with 1 bathroom, french doors to roof deck.

PROJECT  

Designed and supervised construction of 5,000 square foot one story home, including landscaping. Purchased and arranged all furnishings and accessories 

PROGRAM  

Master suite with separate baths, 2 home offices, 4 guest rooms with separate bathrooms and laundry. Open family room and kitchen plan.  Formal dining and living for entertaining 8-14. Palladian pool courtyard as central focus screened in to allow all interior doors to stay open 

AESTHETIC  

white & pale grey color scheme with blue accents, traditional formal spaces with light, comfortable family rooms, child-friendly

PROGRAM 

Gut renovation of abandoned circa 1900 farmhouse apx 1300sft plus a screened porch.. Created apartment on ground floor with kitchenette, bed, office and full bath. Separate open 2nd floor living, dining, kitchen with cathedral ceiling, full bath, office and bedroom. 3rd floor loft Master suite with laundry and spa tub. All new mechanicals, structure, floors, insulation, windows, landscaping..

Create an airy white gallery for owner’s beautiful art, rug & furniture collection. Modernize outdated 90’s bathrooms, kitchen and cabinetry. Add LOTS of storage for books, art etc. Create more sound & visual privacy between living spaces and bedrooms. Remove dysfunctional dinette, relocate laundry and create bright functional art studio space maximizing light & storage. New custom cabinetry, counters, tile, flooring & other finishes throughout.
